What to grow in my zone

So I found a lot of great resources on this site about zones and which plants are good to grow, but I was unable to find which edible plants would be good to grow in my zone. Did I miss something on the site/can anyone help me out? Thanks!

    You are a bit vague on what & when you want to eat. You live in The Perfect Area to grow everything almost all the time!I am astonished and must wonder: what gives?
    RIGHT NOW you can grow broccoli, lettuce, chard, cabbage and all the
    Brassicaceae in the world. My question to you is: what are you waiting for?
