Fall and winter Gardening
I work with a youth group ages 10-16 please give me advice on what crops and flowers we can plant during this time of year going straight through the fall.
your comments will be appreciated.

Typical fall and winter crops are lettuce, broccoli, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, Greens (kale, collards etc..)
Flowers for fall and winter are limited, I plant pansies and primroses this time of year. I recommend planting transplants (small plants) of all of the above. The kids will love the instant garden. My 11yo does not like waiting for seeds to germinate. I hope this helps.
