Pepper Advice

I need advice for my pepper plants. Some of my pepper plants are fine, others are not. I am confused as what to do. I recently gave them calcium and think it made it worse.
I have 2 problems. One is a few plants are not producing any fruit. The other problem is, I have little brown circle spots on the leaves of most of my pepper plants.
I give them epsom salt, dry molasses, liquid seaweed, and fish food. I try to water frequently it is in the high 90's here.
