green worm with webbing on grape vine leafs

cannot identify tiny green worms that curl up in my grape leaves and have webbing like spider mite and leave tiny black eggs all over the underside of the leaves. How do you get rid of them. I have been pulling the leaves off and throwning them in the trash. Please help this is my first year with my new grape vineyard.
