Doosey Bush

Hi
Stumbled across ths board while searching for a bush.
My grandmother b4 she passed gave my mother a bush she called a doosey bush.My grandmother never knew anything by it botanical name.My mother has since passed also and my sister and I would like to plant memory gardens at our homes. I am trying to fine out the care instructions and what its really called..It is like a wirey bush with pinkish white blooms along the branches.

Please if any old timer knows what I am speaking of please send me in the correct direction...
