Squash

Some of my zucchini plants are turning yellow in the leaves. The new leaves start out green then turn yellow. There are 4 plants in the same section that are doing this. I water the garden once per week and I water the entire garden for about 15 minutes with Miracle Grow. Should I remove the yellowing leaves or leave them alone? I also would like to know how to determine what a tertiary vine is and when to pinch it back.
