Will my beans come back?

We recently had very heavy rainfall and as a result of being under water for a couple days, my snap beans have stopped producing. For a week now there have been no more new beans and no blossoms. We are currently getting more rain. I'ts only supposed to last for a couple of days this time and not amount to any more than 3 inches. What are the chances that the beans will start producing again or should I just pull them up and replant? The plants are in good shape yet.
