Yellow Basil Leaves

Yellow Basil Leaves

We just planted sweet basil in pots on our deck. It gets a good amount of sun when it is out, but we live on a foggy part of the coast. The top leaves have started to turn a yellow shade. Anyone with ideas on why? And what we can do for it?
