Yellowing Lawn

2 years ago I put in a new sod lawn, it did real well last year but this year it is starting to turn yellow around some of the outer edges and a few areas toward the middle, it has good water coverage and was fertilized in mid May with Scotts weed and feed which took care of the dandelions that had started. I was watering for 20 minutes every other day but this was causing some puddling, (not in the areas that is turning yellow) so I have cut it back to 15 minutes every other day, most of the lawn is still green and looks healthy. Any suggestions
