weed growth between pavers

Someone told me that spraying white vinegar on growth between sidewalk pavers would kill the growth. True? If not, what should I do? Thanks.

    Go to any garden shop and purchase "Steppables." You plant them around the pavers and you have a beautiful display of greenery. I am a certified horticulturist. I think you will just love them--they give a really cottage-like look to your sidewalks.
