All purpose plant food
All bulbs, and most all flowers for that matter, grow best in a soil that is well endowed with orgnaic matter that is evenly moist but well drained. Get sufficient levels of organic matter ito the soil and you will not need anymore "plant food".
What will happen when you sprinkle that plant food on your soil is that water will carry that down, straight down since lateral movement of that kind of material is nil, through your soil and into the ground water where it becomes a poison.
