Moldy Organic Compost

Moldy Organic Compost

I've had someone saving me their tea (from tea bags) and egg shells to put into my veggie garden. The container that they are saving the tea/egg shells in was full, so I took it to my place and dumped it into my "stash". When most of it was already dumped into mine, I noticed MOLD. The tea was not completely dried before putting it into the container. My question is, can I still use this moldy tea/egg shells in my garden soil? Can I dry it out and still use it?
