Hi,

I have a mature Palo Brea tree (10 yrs) that has begun dripping sap. It is not dripping from any places where the tree has been trimmed. The sap appears to be leaking from the intact branches. There is so much sap dripping that it has dripped on to the entire area around where it is planted.
