Identify Plant

Hello gardening people. I am trying to identify a certain flowering plant which grows in my backyard. I know nothing about gardening, but I need to determine if said plant is safe for my russian tortoise (Boris Stonecrusher) to eat. Here is an image of them. Sorry the quality is so poor, but hte only camera I have is the cheap one in my phone. Any help identifying this plant would be most appreciated.

    I'm not sure what the plant is, but where did you get the tortise? I would love to care for one or two.
