Peaches are cracking and black spotted

Have what has always been a very happy peach tree. We've had crazy amounts of rain this season and now the peaches are all multi-cracked across the crown and have black spots.

Should I prune heavily now (trashing the harvest - not that there will be anything worth eating anyway) or wait til Fall??
