best plant?

i am at a loss in choosing the best plant to climb my chainlink fence. i would like a flowering, fast grower that will eventually cover the entire fence for privacy. i cannot plant certain plants (ivy varieties) that will spread to my neighbor's yard. can you help me here in zone 7? thanks, dar
