Sunflower - over 30 possible flowers??

My mom planted sunflowers last year. This year about 5 plants came up about 3-5 ft away. But, one of them has over 30 flower heads created! What happened to this flower? Is it a good unique or bad unique? The bees LOVE it! Today it had about 7 open flowers. I've seen posts about 7-10 heads - but this thing has way more than that. They are almost at every possible nook and cranny in the plant. How abnormal is this funny sunflower? Why did it happen?
