What's the best hydrangea variety?
I would like to plant some hydrangeas in my backyard (zone 8). I was told by a landscape designer to stay away from Endless Summer because it was a weak variety. He recommended a Dooley hydrangea. The problem is I have been unable to locate any locally. I have found some very healthy looking Mini Penny hydrangeas. Does anyone know if these are vigorous plants? Should I keep looking for the Dooleys? Thanks!
