Why are my tomatoes yellow/zucchini covered in white stuff? HELP!

The ground is usually moist but not completely soaked so I don't think it's the watering.
If you have time can you look at pictures of my problem linked below?

It looks alot like powdery mildew on your zucchini. There are many different treatments for this condition (VERY common in squash varieties) & there are different recourses one can take. I would suggest an organic approach. One recipe I use is: 1 qt water, 1 Tbl baking soda, 1 Tbl veg oil, few drops natural dish soap. Spray on the leaves (top & bottom) early in the day- so the leaves will be dry prior to the high heat of the mid-day sun. This mixture will also kill some soft-bodied pests if you have them.
