vegetation killer
I have very healthy soil that had some juniper bushes removed from it that were very overgrown. The amount of thistle that is growing ferociously. I would love to kill them with vegetation killer, but I have 2 flowering cherry trees, and a few rhododendrons and azaleas that I would prefer not to kill. Is there a way I can use vegetation killer on these 2 beds without killing the other plants I mentioned? If so, what kind would you recommend? How far should I stay away from the plants I'd like to keep? The weeds' root system of the thistle is unbelievable underground, and when I pull plants, it seems that several grow in their place. Please help me!
