my dad lives overseas and he mentioned that the roses sold in the US are nonexistant overseas. I had a hard time finding a place where they sell seeds instaed of the rooted ones. besides, I may have to send him by the dozen so rooted ones may not be a good idea... does anyone know where to buy rose seeds?
