fruit flies
Help, i was watering my indoor plants today and i discovered that they are infested with tiny fruit flies. anyone out there have a remedy for this, i would think insect spray by ortho but if someone has something they have used that might be better i am all ears. thanks guys John

The insects you are seeing are probably fungus gnats. They feed on organic matter in the soil. You easily get rid of them by drenching the soil with soapy water. This method usually works unless you have a severe infestation.
