Help! Dragon Tree disease problem

I have a Dragon Tree, aka. a Draceana Marginata, that I have taken care of for over 4 years now. Yesterday I came home to find one of its 3 thin stalks bent in half: it's like the truck became completely narrow in that one spot. The stalk looked wrinkled on the outside, and I noticed that the other two remaining stalks were begining to look wrinkly as well. Help! What does my plant have and how do I cure it?!
