ok i have a small yard at home.Half is grass and teh other half is cement. It hasn't been taken care of in a long time, there's a lot of weed and dry soil.I want to start a garden in time for the spring/summer of next year. When should I start killing the weed and cleaning it out. And Also what exactly do I do? I'm very good with indoor house plants but when it comes to outdoors I have no clue. please help
