Egg Shells: Unless you are feeding a Army or have a Diner, you can put all your egg shells and coffee grounds in the compost pile. As a matter of fact, if it isn't grease meat or bones, you can most likely put it in there too. It does however, help if it is reduced in size like crushing egg shells, peanut hulls etc. in order to speed up the composting process
