Those blooms look like plants "they" are now calling Curio genus. Senecio and Curio share some synonyms. I can't find a match with either name.

I agree, with those blooms it looks more like a variety of Senecio. Compare to Senecio leucostachys.

Another name worth looking into is Senecio viravira.
It looks like S. viravira has been widely grown under the name S. leucostachys.
