The good and the bad of spinach. What are the important factors you need to know about the green in your garden? Foremost, growing spinach are a delicious source of foods for a healthy salad. It have nutrients that are good for your body. In fact, it contains antioxidants that are good for your skin. Helps with skin problems. Also it is rich in proteins, iron and minerals that are good for bones. Keep you your bones strong. Including vitamin K that are known for keeping your hair at it's healthiest. You can cook your spinach and it's flavor at its tastiest are enjoyable. You can also eat it raw in a salad with other greens, such as tomatoes, lettuce, celery, etc. Spinach are a great choice to add to your diet. It facilitates high contents of fibre that also contain plenty of water to help lose fatty tissues in your body. BUT the Spinach are not good if you over indulge. Taking over 7.3 pounds of spinach in one day are fetal. Due to its oxalic acids can kill you. Such as any other vegetables or produce that contain these acids. Kidney beans, canned tuna and nuts are overly not good to eat. Although they are known for healthy consumptions, over doing it can not be good. Growing Spinach are delightful knowing the benefits of extremely nutritious use are worth growing in gardens. Thumbs up to gardeners who grows Spinach. 😁👍
